When we move, we are not only exercising our bodies – we are freeing up our minds, expanding the horizons of what we are capable of, and releasing endorphins that help us feel great and regulate mood. Simply put, moving our bodies the way we were meant to doesn’t just make us stronger – it makes us feel great too.

Many spiritual traditions regard the body as a vessel, which is of minimal importance compared to the mind and spirit.
