Flow State Meditation

If you are feeling stuck in your mind, in your emotions or even in your life, meditation is key for your well being!
With our flow state meditation you will be guided by an instructor to release any obstacles in your mind and body and enter a flow state. A “flow state” is when you are completely immersed in the experience at hand, feeling energized and enjoyment.
The flow state will allow you to forget the stressors of life, feel present in the moment, and most of all JOY!
This class is for beginners and advanced meditators!
