Caroline Rasmussen has a range of holistic healing qualifications that she combines to assist and empower people to take control of their own lives and therefore reach a state of well being.  Caroline is a Teacher in the Modern Mystery School, and has qualifications in Acupuncture, Shiatsu Massage Therapy, and experience in Living Food Harmonius Living.  She offers private sessions in all of these fields, and teaches classes from the Modern Mystery School and in Living Food for Beginners.

Caroline is a South African living in Dublin, bringing experience in the range of fields she works in.  Her knowledge in Living food comes both from personal experience and study, and she has spent time living and working at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in the USA.  Caroline has been studying with the Modern Mystery School since late 2005, and has, in that time learned many types of healings that she uses to help people transform their lives.

Caroline offers a space for healing and personal transformation, viewing the individual as a complex set of systems, finding balance in the energies of the aura and being, as well as working to attain optimum health for the physical body. Caroline works in partnership with her husband, Norman, to run a Wellbeing Practice.
