Kerina has travelled to India where she spent four months in Sivananda ashrams studying and practising hatha yoga.
Having been deeply inspired by her travels to India she continued onward to Portugal, where she worked as a karma yogi, teaching yoga, giving Reiki treatments and Massage in a fasting detox centre. Kerina is also qualified in Reflexology and
completed the teachers course where she has been initiated to give life activations. She is continuing to travel worldwide and spread the light.
In 2009 Kerina studied with the Modern Mystery School, she offers Life Activations and ancient tools of empowerment to all interested in self development.
