Martina is a Teacher and Guide, a Jikiden Reiki Practitioner and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. Martina is down to earth and practical; she has a very compassionate and gentle energy and is very sensitive to the energy of others. Martina grew up on a farm and worked on the land and with animals from a very young age. Her love of, and connection with the land never diminished throughout her years of training as a Nurse and a Midwife followed by further training to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

Realizing that the pace of life, and changes in modern day living, were driving people more and more from their True Source Martina trained as a Reiki Practitioner in 1999. Following her training with the Modern Mystery school and receiving her atunements in Jikiden Reiki Martina now enjoys empowering people to uncover their true selves by reconnecting them with Source Energy and facilitating the realization that self healing is the path to inner peace thus creating the reunion of Body, Soul and Spirit.

Working to protect, promote and support breastfeeding Martina offers consultations and classes in breastfeeding. Her mission statement is to assist expectant patents in their transition from pregnancy to parenthood by imparting information and skills through a holistic approach optimising their confidence thus enhancing the experience. To maintain the IBCLC accreditation Martina is required to attend seminars and study days on a regular basis.  On every alternate five years she will have her IBCLC certificate renewed by either, re-examination or
 re-certification.
